Choose daily habits

List your daily habits on the back of your daytracker or on a to-do app
so they`re always at your fingertips.

Each day, you will track three metrics. Your daily habits, your of progress and finaly your overall mood for the day.
The first metric is your daily habits. The second metric is how you progress, either towards a specific goal or in general. The third and final metric is your overall mood for the day.
Before bedtime, note each metric in one of the three boxes on your Daytracker. If you`ve done well, this will give you a nice boost going into the next day.

Start daytracking

At the end of every week, summarize the results from all three metrics.
Start by counting the number of X`s throughout the week and indicate the number at the first summary box.
Then decide how much progress you feel you`ve made and fill in the icon that best reflect that in the middle summary box. Finaly, determine what your overall mood for the week was.
